The material used to make clay pipe including three types,

Clay, main mineral component is kaolinite and Erie stone. Of the material, good plasticity and fire-resistant capability is needed. So it can make the blank material good figuration capability.

Feldspar : main mineral component is kalium feldspar, and the main function is accelerate the production's agglomeration. Enhance the intensity of the product and other physical chemic capability.

Wrought material : We usually get it from the waste after the comminution of the fired product, if necessary it also can be fired in clay, or use quartz as material. The main function is framework, and reduce the constriction.

When prepare material, using forklift to transport material as different kinds of clay, feldspar and wrought material into the box material feeding machine with electrical balance. The material feeding machine transport the material to the crusher by the tape to the first time crashed, after be crashed for the second time, the material will be sent into the powder mill to crushed, after that the powder thickness will be 80-120 mesh, based on the demand, mixed with other wrought material in the mixer, then be sent to the round griddle extruder together with water, extrude out the available clay (17-20% water, see the capacity of the clay), then the clay will be sent into the vacuum mud machine to make thin mud pipe, then be sent to the mud aging chamber. 5-7 days later to be used.

After in the mud aging chamber, the material will be sent to the automatic feeder, then transported to different double axis mixer to be mixed, after that transported into the vacuum screw extruder by tape to be extruded, and the material will be extruded to clay pipe flan through the mould with surrounding interspace. The continue entrance and faucet also be finished at the same time when extruded, then be transported by the manipulator to the railroad dryness vehicle uprightly placed.
